First, we season ex-Starward whisky casks with our in-house ginger beer, a Starward secret recipe, which imparts the luscious citrus peel and fresh ginger notes into the staves. Then, a perfect blend of our whisky aged in both red wine and Apera oak casks is finished in these freshly emptied ginger beer casks. A strong and spicy ginger aroma is balanced by our hallmark tropical and vanilla notes. It’s big, it’s arming, it’s full of spice.
