Tasting Notes
Nose: Buttered gingerbread, hot Christmas pie, orange marmalade
Palate: blackcurrant sweets, red apples, black olives
Finish: Stewed fruits, candy canes, slight hints of spearmint
Casks used: 40% PX sherry 20% rum 40% bourbon
